The owner of Les Rendezvous Tokyo is Ayano Ikai and its Chef de Cuisine is Takayuki Tsuruoka. Together they have decades of experience working in some of the very best restaurants in Japan and around the world. Finally after years of anticipation, the dream to provide their own interpretation of a superior wining and dining experience has become a reality.
